If your work is available as an edition, of whatever size, Artlook has many features to make the setting up and management of the individual items within the editionfast and straightforward.

Having created a single “master” record for the whole edition you then simply use the “Multiples” tab within the record to set up each item. You can create an unlimited number of items within the edition and adjust the numbering as required – including Artist Proofs if relevant.

The name and the selling price for each of the items within the edition can be changed and the main display of stock items can be adjusted to show availability remaining within each edition.

Each individual item within the edition can be consigned out, reserved or – of course – sold and the Multiples screen will clearly show the current status of each of the items.

Detailed reports are provided to show the sales and stock levels for an edition.

If you work with editions and sell your work through different outlets please look at the Artlook Dealers Network pages on this site where you will learn how you can publish your current stock to a web site accessible only by your own dealers and stockists and from where they can request items from a “live” stock list, such requests being emailed to you for fulfilment.
