ANNUAL SUPPORT RENEWAL ORDERS

Once you have been using Artlook for a period of twelve months the software will display messages reminding you that your Support Licence has expired. Your use of the software is unaffected by this message - you may continue to use it exactly as you have before with the exception of the following:

(a) email support and access to product updates is no longer available
(b) if you are using Sitebuilder to maintain your web site, the Upload functionality will now be disabled

To check whether your Support Licence is valid, from within Artlook click on Help | About - the renewal date is clearly displayed.

If you wish to renew your Support Licence please choose one of the options below - if you are using Sitebuilder to maintain your web site you must choose Option Two, otherwise choose Option One. If your website is directly hosted by Artlook please choose Option 3.

Please note that Support Licence renewals are not automated. Our Support Department will send you a renewal code by email as soon as possible following your order. The renewal code will be sent to the email address you provide on your order so please ensure that this is a correct address and that you have added us to your white book or trusted senders list to prevent any email being treated as spam.
