well as a specialised inventory cataloguing system Artlook also provides
a detailed Contacts database where you can build your own listings

updates their record. Each contact record

way
and anything
recorded can be used as the basis of a Contact View – a display
of names and addresses of people who match your given criteria. And
once you have your View it is simple to create mail merge or single
letters, labels, even emails from within the system.
With its powerful reporting features Artlook can create highly professional
information sheets, catalogues and price lists and any report can be
saved as a PDF file making them ideal for emailing to individual contacts
or whole groups at a time.
