Making a Purchase

To purchase Artlook software products and services as advertised within this web site you may order on-line or print out an order form to be returned to us by mail together with the appropriate payment. If you use our on line ordering facility your transaction will be handled by our secure payment handler - WorldPay. We do not store or have access to your credit card details. This information is held by Worldpay and more information can be found at www.worldpay.co.uk.

Refunds

A full evaluation version of Artlook can be downloaded from this web site by clicking here. This evaluation version is intended to provide you with the means of assessing whether your computer system meets the operational requirements and whether the software meets your needs in terms of the functionality provided. Since the software can be provided in this “try before you buy” form your subsequent purchase of an activation key to remove the limitations contained within the evaluation version will not normally be refundable. Not withstanding this, any refunds which are provided, either in whole or in part, for your payment for the activation key will be entirely at the discretion of the management of Artlook Software Limited and application must be made in writing using the contact details provided within these Terms and Conditions and must contain your reasons for seeking a refund.

If you have ordered a copy of the software on CD ROM we will replace immediately upon request any CD which is found to be faulty or fails to load.

Software Licence and Copyright

All Artlook software products are copyright Artlook Software Ltd and violations of our copyright can and will be prosecuted under international law. Your use of Artlook Software is governed by the Artlook Software Licence. During the installation of the software activation key you will be asked to agree to this licence. Creating a web site using Artlook Sitebuilder

Web sites created using the Artlook Sitebuilder software tools must be hosted on web servers which meet certain minimum technical requirements for them to operate correctly. The server must be running under Windows, must support PHP scripting and must enable you to create and manage at least one mySQL database. This is discussed in greater detail within the on-line help provided for Sitebuilder or further information can be provided by our Support team who may be contacted at the address shown above.

Recurring Fees

Your purchase of the software activation key provides you with continued and unrestricted use of the Artlook for Artists software features and functions. Your use of Artlook Sitebuilder to upload pages and inventory details and images to your web site, and your access to our support and updates service are however subject to annual charges. These are described within our Price List which you can view by clicking here.

Delivery

Software activation key - If you have purchased a software activation key this will be sent by email to the email address which you will be asked to provide during your Worldpay transaction session. It is critical that this email address is entered correctly. The issue of an activation key is not an automated process and is dispatched manually as soon as possible following your order. If you have not received your activation key within 48 hours of placing your order please contact us using the details provided within these Terms and Conditions, quoting your Worldpay transaction number.

Software on CD - Orders for a copy of the software on CD will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt.

Artlook Software Ltd reserve the right to change the pricing of its products and services at any time and will make changes to the prices as advertised on this web site as appropriate. If you are placing an order and have previously visited the web site please ensure that you have refreshed your browser when using the on line ordering page to ensure that you are viewing the current prices.
