Features - Reports
Artlook contains a wealth of reports covering every aspect of the information recorded within the system - and these can all be customised as part of our initial
set-up package or at any later date (subject to charge). Reports are available for obvious management requirements such as the stock book and sales/expenditure analysis, but also for
printed outputs such as catalogues, price lists, wall labels etc. The reports can either be generated from within the Reports Explorer or can be "pinned" to individual menus - this enables a report to be
run against the current "view" and to only include the records you are currently working with - these might be all your contacts required for a mailing (so you will be running off
mailing labels or mail-merge letters or a sales analysis for this particular group), or all the items within the current Exhibition (so you will need wall labels, price lists, a full catalogue etc.)
All reports can previewed on screen, printed and saved- and also exported to your word-processor of choice (generated as an RTF file), saved as a PDF, or saved in a format ready for opening within a spreadsheet or importing to another application.
The many reports available include:
- full sales and expenditure analysis by any date range or criteria, VAT input and output summaries, detailed analysis of consigned stock and liabilities arisising from sales
- mailing labels, mail merge letters, sales invoices, remittances, client statements, purchase orders
- information sheets, catalogues, price lists, wall labels, back labels, shipping labels
