Technical requirements

Artlook can be run as a stand alone or fully networked system and is also quite at home on a laptop. You will need relatively modern hardware running Windows NT, 2000, XP or Vista. In all cases Artlook can only be used with a 32bit operating system.

A copy of Microsoft Word is a useful addition but not essential since Artlook contains its own word processor. No other databases or third party tools are required to run Artlook.

At present Artlook will not run on Macintoshes unless they are running PC emulation software such as Virtual PC or Parallels. These are entirely effective systems (particularly with the latest generation of Intel based Macs) but we would strongly recommend a trial installation before committing.
