All financial information processed through Artlook is available for analysis at any time and contributes towards a full audit trail which makes even the most complex of financial reporting extremely straightforward. The opening screen displays a snapshot of current financial and stock positions as well as allowing for the analysis of stock movements by type over given time periods.

From the accounting screens you can also access all invoices (issued and unissued) and accept payment (or part payment) against any item, as well as view all purchase orders and process settlements of outstanding amounts.
Artlook has been designed to function in the same way as a double entry book keeping system and each income and expenditure item can be viewed through detailed ledgers showing all credits and debits.
