Artlook enables you to keep detailed records of all artists and suppliers you deal with.

Each record contains ample room to record unlimited amounts of information such as biography, literature, exhibition histories, publications as well more basic information such as styles and types of work produced. The contact record for any supplier will contain full details (as well as images) of all items supplied which link to the detailed stock records for each item.

And it is of course possible to generate any number of different reports to show sales and acquisition details for individual artists or suppliers over any date range.
