Bugs and general issues
- All operating issues reported up to 5th September 2005 (build
numbers 1 and 2) and up to 28th October 2005 (build numbers
3 onwards) have now been identified and fixed or addressed
- Some
oddities have been spotted in sorting contact names on “FILE AS”,
this is due to the underlying database (Firebird) when set to sort correctly
on foreign characters. To partially
correct this we now offer an option – in Settings – to choose
whether you need to sort these foreign characters correctly.
If you now choose “Standard” rather
than “International” for sorting, the strange behaviour in
sorting on “FILE AS” will disappear. However, if correct
sorting of foreign characters is important you should choose “International”.
